Refund Policy

14 days, no questions asked. If Transcut Studio isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you’ll get your money back in full.

• How: use the link in your receipt email from Lemon Squeezy, or write to support@transcutstudio.com with your order number.
• What it covers: a Pro purchase, and the first payment of a Monthly plan.
• Monthly renewals: you can cancel at any time and the plan keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for; renewals already paid aren’t refunded.
• One refund per customer: the no-questions refund applies once. If you buy again after a refund, the new purchase isn’t covered.
• After a refund your licence key is deactivated and the app works as the Free version. Your projects stay on your computer.

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, back to the payment method you used. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show up, depending on your bank.

Your rights under consumer-protection law in your country are not affected by this policy.
